How to -- Recover the Administrator Password
When the software is first installed, the administrator password is initially blank. If you have already set the password, make sure you are typing it in the proper casing.  If you cannot get it to work, take a deep breath, smile, and try to remember your password :).  Or, you can follow the steps below.

DESKTOP VERSION:
1. We offer a password recovery service for the desktop software for a small charge. Please purchase the Password Recovery Service from the link below:

Once you have done so, please follow the steps below to create a backup of your database:

Attach the file created during the backup to an existing or new ticket.


2. You can reinstall the software if you did not enter any data. This will reset your password to blank.
