How to -- Submit Diagnostics Information to Duoserve
1. Open your web browser on the computer that is the ScheduFlow Server and type the following link into the web browser. If the ScheduFlow Server is installed on the current computer, click on the link below:

http://www.duoserve.com/sf

2. Once you have installed and opened the Diagnostics utility, click on the 'Run' button. Please be patient while your diagnostics information is retrieved.

3. When the results are displayed in the diagnostics window, click on the 'Submit...' button to send the information to Duoserve
. If you do not have an Internet connection, you can click on the 'Save Diagnostics Data...' button and email the diagnostics file from another computer with an Internet connection.

If one of our representatives has not specifically instructed you to submit this diagnostics log, please follow the submission of your log with a support ticket describing your issue.
