Problem -- Blank Gray Square Window opens up
When ScheduFlow logs in and the blank square pops up, it's due to a corrupted user.config file on the user's computer.  To fix this problem, rename the user.config to user_old.config and re-run the software. Path is below:

 

C:\Users\YOURWINDOWSUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\Data\M7B5J9HT.9G3\XRV452J7.4R5\sche..tion_c809e4e908bd0c6e_000a.0000_12c6d1420f84e173\Data\12.0.4702.35827

 

Please note that not all the folder names will be exactly the same, but you will be able to navigate through this structure.
