Accessing appointments from multiple computers requires all the computers that will run the ScheduFlow Client to be connected to the same local area network. ScheduFlow does not require or use sharing of files. Each ScheduFlow client will automatically detect the ScheduFlow server that has been installed on one of the computers.
To set up ScheduFlow on Multiple Computers at One Location:
1. Install the ScheduFlow Server component on ONE computer on your network. This does NOT have to be a special 'Server' computer per se. It can be any computer on your network, even though we recommend for it to be a computer that is not frequently reset or turned off during the times other computers will be accessing the schedules.
2. Install the ScheduFlow Client component on all the computers that will be used to view and edit client, resource, and scheduling information.
3. Now that you have installed the necessary ScheduFlow components, follow the steps below to learn how to connect to the ScheduFlow Server from any ScheduFlow Client on the same local area network:
