Enhanced Knowledge Base Organization
Thursday, May 20, 2010 2:45 PM
To better find the information users must know the purpose of the article without reading the complete details.  The knowledge base now will include prefixes to all articles to help locate articles easier with relevance to their purpose. Some examples of this are the "How To --" and the "Getting Started --" prefixes. The articles are also categorized into new sections to better locate information when users are browsing the site versus searching the site.  This is particularly important for new users who are still not familiar with what they want out of the current product lines.
