When ScheduFlow logs in and a blank square pops up instead of ScheduFlow software, it is due to a corrupted user.config file on the user's computer. To fix this problem:
1. Exit ScheduFlow
2. Rename the user.config to user_old.config in the path below:
C:\Users\YOURWINDOWSUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\Data\M7B5J9HT.9G3\XRV452J7.4R5\sche..tion_c809e4e908bd0c6e_000a.0000_12c6d1420f84e173\Data\12.0.4702.35827
3. Open ScheduFlow again and it should open properly
Please note that not all the folder names will be exactly the same, but you will be able to navigate through this structure.
