Problem -- Biometric setup doesn't install successfully

If the biometric configuration is failing to install properly within the TimeFlow software, please make sure of the following:

1. You are logged in as the administrator of the computer
2. Your user access control is not turned on as in some cases there may be some security restrictions for installing the files below through our program. 

The software application is determining if you have 64 bit or 32 bit computer and trying to install the below file automatically.  To not receive the error you are getting, please try to install it manually.

Once it installs successfully, our software will automatically detect it and allow you to register employees.
