If you cannot see a specific employee in the username drop-down used to clock in, or in reports, please check the following:
1. Make sure you have not marked the users as Hidden. Hidden will take the employee off the main screen. The hidden checkbox is found on the employee form, on the Administrator tab.
2. Refresh using 'Refresh Data' after you have made sure the hidden checkbox is unchecked.
3. Make sure you are logging in to the correct account/server. In some cases users add employees to one account and log into a different account to view information.
