If you are clicking on the TimeFlow icon trying to open it, and you get a pop-up window that says 'Launching application... Verifying application requirements...', but TimeFlow never loads, please follow the steps below:
1. Exit TimeFlow
2. Click on the Windows start menu and type: cmd , then hit enter.
3. When the black command prompt window pops up, copy and paste the line below
rmdir /s /q %LocalAppData%\Apps\2.0\
4. Hit Enter
5. Open TimeFlow again. It will being to reinstall itself and should work after.
If you are still having an issue opening/running TimeFlow, please try the following:
1.. Click on the Windows start menu and type: cmd , then hit enter.
2. When the black command prompt window pops up, copy and paste the line below
del %userprofile%\appdata\local\duoserve\TimeFlow11\TimeFlow.config
3. Hit Enter
4. Open TimeFlow again
