When you purchase a subscription, you will not receive any license keys; our system automatically updates your license keys when you sign up or update your subscription. If your payment is up to date, and you are receiving a message about not having sufficient license keys, it may be that you have some computers registered in the license manager that no longer use the software -- you can simply unregister those unused machines to give room to new ones. If this is not the case, and your payment is up to date, please submit a trouble ticket with your problem.
